Religion is BS!
Most people throughout history have believed in them. Most people alive today do the same. The tradition propagates down the timeline by force and conformity. Of course I am speaking of the greatest package of logical fallacies to ever be accepted by the overwhelming majority of people - religion.
BS News: The $700,000,000,000 Bailout
It’s been around a week since the unprecedented bailout plan was proposed to save Wall Street. The plan that was devised in desperation to avoid a repeat of the great depression is intended to provide quick relief to the failing mortgage market. As one might have expected, politics has been and will continue to stall the implementation of the big bailout - perhaps until it is too late.
Sorry for the lack of updates lately.
As you may have noticed, we haven’t been posting new content as frequently as we have in the past. This is due to an unforseen spike in the workload our writers have had in the past week. I just wanted to inform those concerned that we will resume our normal pace as soon as possible and that we have in the works quite a few topics we hope you will find enjoyable to read that we haven’t got around to materializing just yet. Glasses have for a long time been the only way to see better if your eyes were less than optimal. Their latest blockbuster game Spore hit store shelves last week as many people turned to alternative sources to acquire the game in record numbers. While this is expected for a release of this caliber, the reason why many people are not buying the game at retailers is a little different - DRM.
Battery Life is BS!
Modern life involves interacting with a broad range of mobile, portable devices. Many of us carry cell phones, laptops and mp3 players around on a daily basis. Often these devices will run out of battery power before they make it back to the chargers - and that’s BS.
BS News: (Much needed) Pot of Gold for AIG
Christmas came early for AIG today as the Federal Reserve announced it was going to provide an 85 billion dollar 2 year loan to keep the global investment firm afloat. Apparently it takes that much money to prevent an event worse shitstorm from occuring.
BS News: Super Lehman Bros.
What a crazy day - at 8 in the morning the first thing I see in the news is that Lehman Bros. had plummeted to $3.50 and that the Dow fell 384 points… before trading even began.
